I am a retail and leisure property agent and consultant with over 20 years experience and extensive industry contacts.  Currently engaged in a number of mixed-use development/regeneration led schemes acting for developers and owners, I am passionate about creating and bettering communities. 

I act for retail and restaurant occupiers, landlords, developers and investors focusing on London and the South East, predominantly on high street retail, shopping centres and convenience/local retail schemes.  Advising on mixed-use developments means  engaging with cinemas, hotels, gyms, restaurants, bars and all the community uses we all need and want locally. 

I am also a coffee market, campus, insolvency and transport hub specialist.
